Our mission is for every client and customer to leave our salon feeling beautiful and confident in the services they received. If you have an issue with your services, you have 3 days to contact the salon to correct the issue for you.

Please read below before booking your appointment.
 


Before Booking a Service, PLEASE READ BELOW:

  • ALL services require a VALID credit card at time of booking 

  • We do NOT accept appointments by DM on Instagram 

  • If you are a new customer, please book a soak off in addition to your desired services or come with bare nails 

 

Cancellations:

  • If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your service, you will be charged $50 

  • If you do a no-call no-show, you will be charged $50

  • If you do 2 no-call no-shows, you will not be welcomed to book with Pink and Pretty and future attempts to book, will immediately be canceled

 

 

Late Policy:

  • Out of courtesy, we ask that you give the salon a call if you are running late: 617.822.3558

  • If you are 15 minutes late you will be charged an additional $15 to your services 

  • If you are more than 15-20 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged the cancellation fee and your appointment will be canceled
