Q: Should I make an appointment before coming to the salon?

A: Pink & Pretty is exclusively appointment only unless otherwise announced day of. Please select `Book Now' to make your reservation. 

Q: I need to cancel my appointment, what should I do?

A: Sometimes you may not be able to keep your appointment. You can use the link sent by email or text upon making your reservation to cancel or edit your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time. We request you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance about your inability to attend. This will help us to assign your time slot to another customer. If you are outside of the 24 hour time slot, please call or send us a message. 

Q: Can I bring food and beverages to the salon?

A: We understand that a salon procedure can be time-consuming making it a boring affair for our clients. While we don’t strictly ban outside food and drinks, we prefer that you don’t bring food and drinks. However, if you do, kindly do not dirty the surroundings for the convenience of the other customers.

Q: Can I use my phone during my appointment?

A: Phone usage is not prohibited, we kindly request that you remain mindful of others (language, subject matter; etc.). We also request that you use headphones if you take a vid
